Apple To Expend iPhone Sales To Best Buy, Now Anyone Can Get One

Apple has been in Best Buy’s retail bed for quite some time, what with their Mac pilot program going strong you seriously didn’t expect them to stop that relationship once the iPhone crept in did you know? In addition to the small communes forming outside of a local Apple Stores and needy business buyers harassing AT&T for some stock, you’ll be able to join the legion of gamers and that one guy there for the DVD sale in the rat race to an iPhone. Starting September 7th, Apple will be partnering with Best Buy to sell iPhones at their national retail outlets.

Of course this is a catch as with almost anything business related, you’ll have to sign over your soul or any proverbial manifestation of something you hold dear to AT&T on the spot in the form a 2 year contract. Of course you have to do that regardless of where you visit to plunder the highly subsidized price of $200-$300.

The great thing about this deal is if you are out reach from an Apple Store or an AT&T store (highly improbable) then you can waltz down to Best Buy, plunk down a few Benjamin’s and be on your merry way. But at being on sale at close to 1,000 Best Buy owned outlets, 10 million iPhones now comes off as a huge underestimate taking in that 1/3 of that goal has been reached since July.

There’s no details on how smooth the activation process will go but the fact that stock can be extend to Best Buy stores will definitely alleviate the stress off AT&T and Apple, why knows, maybe you might not have to waste away an entire morning waiting for that little bundle of plastic and touch goodness.
